Chicken Francaise - A fresh boneless skinless breast of chicken dipped into a light egg batter, sautéed in lemon and white wine. $16.00
Chicken Martin - A fresh boneless skinless breast of chicken in a Madeira wine sauce with roasted red peppers, wild shiitake mushrooms and julienne of carrot. $17.00
Chicken Marsala - Fresh boneless, skinless breast in Marsala wine sauce and fresh mushrooms. $17.00
Chicken Sorrentino - A fresh boneless breast of chicken, sautéed with wild mushrooms, topped with provolone, baked and served with homemade pasta. $18.00
Chicken Christopher - 8 oz. breast of chicken filled with a spinach stuffing, topped with poulet sauce. $18.00
Chicken Wellington - A fresh boneless skinless breast of chicken herbed and wrapped in puff pastry with pate du fois gras, spinach and mushroom duxcell, baked and served with a Madeira wine sauce.

Pork Tenderloin - Medallions of pork tenderloin sautéed in a Madeira sauce enhanced with fresh tarragon, sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms. $18.00
New York Sirloin - A 12 oz. New York strip steak char-grilled to your liking. $24.00
Chateaubriand - The finest center cut filet mignon roasted to perfection, sliced and served with Madeira sauce. $26.00
Beef Wellington - Center cut tenderloin wrapped in a puff pastry with pate du fois gras, spinach and mushroom duxcell, baked and served with a Madeira wine sauce. $27.00

Pasta Romeo - Penne pasta, roasted eggplant, cherry tomatoes, and peppers with sliced portabella mushroom, olive oil, garlic, and fresh basil. $19.00
Pasta Rachael - Fettuccini noodles sauteed in dry vermouth and lemon cream with shrimp, avocado, and mushrooms. $21.00
Shrimp Vienna - Fresh gulf shrimp filled with crabmeat and baked, served with a champagne créme beurre blanc. $21.00
Orange Roughy - Filet of Orange Roughy pan sautéed and finished with a lemon and white wine sauce. $21.00
Salmon - Fresh, wild salmon, grilled or cajun. $21.00
Tilapia - Fresh filet of Tilapia sauteed in white wine and lemon.

Fanny's realizes that sit-down lunches may not suit everyone's needs.
For you, may we suggest the "Lunch Buffet"
A. House Salad with Hot Fanny's Bread to be served.
B. Buffet to include: Chicken Francaise, Pork Tenderloin, Penne Pasta in a red sauce,    Vegetable Medley, and Roasted Potatoes.
C. Coffee, Tea, Decaf, and Iced Tea.
D. Dessert to be served (refer below).

1.
For an additional $4.00/person add one of the following:
      a. Hot Chicken Oriental Stirfry - Chicken and fresh vegetables tossed with rice noodles with a sesame sauce.
      b. Angel Hair Pasta with fresh basil, olive oil, sun dried tomatoes wild mushrooms and plum tomatoes.
2. For an additional $5.50/person you can add Fresh Turkey Breast.
3. For an additional $7.00 per person you can have Sliced New York Sirloin in place of either meat selection.

Lemon Torte - Two layers of homemade almond torte surrounding a light airy lemon mousse filling and accompanied by a fresh strawberry puree.

Seasonal Fruit Cobbler - Assorted seasonal fruit sautéed and put into a delicate pastry crust and topped with our chef's special sauce.

Swiss Forest Torte - A light cocoa torte with a mocha mousse filling, Kirsch enhanced fresh cherry sauce and a white butter cream frosting.

Lime Mousse Tart - A light butter crunch crust topped with a fluffy light key lime mousse, very light and refreshing.
