Regular menu available for few than 30 people.

Entrées includes: Soup or Salad
Hot Fanny's Bread, Potato, Fresh Vegetable and Dessert
with Coffee, Tea, Decaf or Iced Tea.
Cheese & Vegetable Quiche - Light and fluffy, our quiche is delicious! Made with eggs, heavy cream and fresh seasonal vegetables in our homemade pastry crust, served with fresh fruit.

Julienne Salad - The traditional salad made with fresh breast of chicken, ham off the bone, cheeses over a bed of assorted greens and fresh vegetables. Served with our raspberry vinaigrette dressing on the side. $11.00
Chicken Caesar Salad - Grilled chicken breast sliced and served over Caesar salad. $11.50
Fanny's Chicken Salad - Fresh white meat in Fanny's dressing, garnished with fresh fruit and vegetable. $11.50
Chicken Oriental Salad - A whole boneless breast of chicken herbed and roasted, sliced and served warm over a bed of exotic greens and served with a ginger citrus dressing. $12.00
Chicken Francaise - A fresh boneless skinless breast of chicken dipped into a light egg batter and sautéed in lemon and white wine. $13.00
Chicken Teriyaki - A fresh boneless skinless breast of chicken marinated in teriyaki and char-grilled, served with a teriyaki cream sauce. $13.00
Chicken Pieri - A fresh boneless skinless breast of chicken in a bordelaise sauce with artichoke hearts, slivered almonds and mushrooms. $14.00
Chicken Christopher - 6 oz. breast of chicken filled with a spinach stuffing, topped with poulet sauce. $14.00
Chicken Martin - A fresh boneless skinless breast of chicken in a Madeira wine sauce with roasted red peppers, and wild shiitake mushrooms. $14.00
Beef Stroganoff - Tenderloin tips served with a traditional Stroganoff over pasta or rice. $15.00
N.Y. Lunch Steak - 8oz. char-broiled N.Y. Sirloin grilled to perfection. $17.00
Pork Loin - Roasted and served with au jus. $13.00
Boston Scrod - Ocean whitefish sautéed with lemon and white wine. $14.00
Haddock Italiano - Baked in Italian seasoning and finished with plum tomatoes. $15.00
Orange Roughy - Filet of Orange Roughy sautéed and finished with a light sauce. $18.00
Salmon - Fresh wild salmon, grilled or cajun. $18.00


HOMEMADE PASTA

 Rotelli - A homemade pasta sheet filled with fresh spinach, parmesan and ricotta cheeses roll upon itself and served with a Provencal sauce.

 $12.00

Vegetable Lasagna - Fresh pasta layered with ricotta cheese and fresh vegetables, in a plum tomato sauce. $13.00
Pasta Romeo - Penne pasta, roasted eggplant, cherry tomatoes, and peppers with sliced portabella mushroom, olive oil, garlic, and fresh basil. $13.00
Sparky's - Bowtie pasta sautéed in virgin olive oil, with garlic, roasted red peppers, spinach and fresh gulf shrimp. $15.00

Vegetables and potatoes do not accompany pasta dishes.




LUNCH BUFFET

Fanny's realizes that sit-down lunches may not suit everyone's needs.
For you, may we suggest the "Lunch Buffet"
A. House Salad with Hot Fanny's Bread to be served.
B. Buffet to include: Chicken Francaise, Pork Tenderloin, and Penne Pasta in a red sauce.
C. Coffee, Tea, Decaf, and Iced Tea.
D. Dessert to be served (refer below).

*Notes:
1.
For an additional $4.00/person add one of the following:
      a. Hot Chicken Oriental Stirfry - Chicken and fresh vegetables tossed with rice noodles with a sesame sauce.
      b. Angel Hair Pasta with fresh basil, olive oil, sun dried tomatoes wild mushrooms and plum tomatoes.
2. For an additional $5.50/person you can add Fresh Turkey Breast.
3. For an additional $7.00 per person you can have Sliced New York Sirloin in place of either meat selection.



LUNCHEON DESSERTS

(choose one)
Tulip Shell - A homemade cookie shell filled with Fanny's homemade ice cream and topped with either chocolate or strawberry sauce.

Fanny's Glace - Alternating layers of homemade Grand Marnier and coffee ice cream in a chocolate almond crust served with a fresh strawberry puree.

Fresh Strawberry Torte - Two layers of homemade torte cake with fresh whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
